School Year Cancellation Request

I understand that when I register for the school year, my credit card on file will automatically be charged monthly for the upcoming month. If I need to cancel my school year registration, I must notify billing@bgcs.org OR submit this form by the 25th of the month prior to the month of cancelation. (Example: To cancel for the month of November, notice via email to billing@bgcs.org is due no later than October 25.) Failure to provide notice prior to withdrawing from the program will result in the credit card on file being charged. In order to re-enroll my child(ren) in the school year program, I must re-register for the before/after-school program in the MyClubHub Parent Portal. I understand that if I cancel my registration, the vacancy may be replaced by someone on the waitlist. The safest way to assure my child(ren) has a spot at the Club for any given month is to maintain enrollment in the school year programs.
