Cost: $150 (+$25 if jersey is needed), a current $25 BGCS Membership is required

BGCS Sports Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen situations or emergencies may arise causing you not to be able to uphold your BGCS Sports League Commitment. If you find yourself in such a situation and need a refund, pleaseย emailย your request to the Sports Leagues Director.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Refund requests MUST be emailed to and approved by the Sports Leagues Director.
  • No refunds will be issued after the first game starts, including evaluation games.

MEET SHEILA: Sports Leagues Director

Sheilaย Scott began working at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale in 2001 as a part-time staff person in the Hartley & Ruth Barker Branch Teen Center. Through the years,ย Sheilaย has worked her way up to a branch level Sports & Fitness Coordinator and in 2019 became the BGCS Sports Leagues Director.

“Both sports and youth development are passions of mine. As BGCS Sports Leagues Director, I am able to do both while serving hundreds of kids each day at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.”
