REVIVE.
We have a unique opportunity to revitalize a dormant space, formerly Tonalea Elementary School, to benefit our community’s youth. This project, led by Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale in partnership with Scottsdale Unified School District, aims to transform the unused area into a thriving hub of hope and growth.
THRIVE.
The initiative is more than a physical refurbishment; it’s about reigniting the spirit of hope in our community. The Boys & Girls Club will provide a safe space offering academic support, fitness programs, and essential services for children from working families. This revitalized area promises to be a symbol of resilience and potential, reflecting the commitment to helping every child succeed.
SUCCEED.
Our vision, encapsulated by the promise “Great Futures Start Here,” seeks to ensure that the success of our youth leads to the success of our community. With community support, we can transform this space and the futures of the children it serves, fostering an environment where they can not only survive but thrive. Join us in creating a space for Great Futures to Start Here.
THE PARTNERSHIP.
School and Club partnerships work together to open new doors. The renovation of an unused asset that becomes a valued asset benefits the entire community now and in the future.
The endeavor at Tonalea is a partnership between Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale (BGCS) and brings many benefits.
- Transportation barriers are removed / on-location convenience
