Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale’s Celebrate Youth Gala Marking 70 Years of Service to Youth Raises Record 1.1M
Sydney F. named 2024 Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale Youth of the Year
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale (BGCS) celebrated a historic milestone at their annual Celebrate Youth Gala on March 23, 2024. With more than 650 guests in attendance at the iconic Scottsdale Hangar One, the gala marked 70 years of dedicated service to youth in the community, raising an unprecedented $1.1 million in support of BGCS programs and initiatives.
The gala, presented by Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. and Great American Title Agency, showcased the incredible potential of BGCS members, with the youth development organization’s six Youth of the Year candidates delivering inspiring speeches. Throughout the evening, attendees participated in silent and live auctions and a paddle raise, all contributing to the remarkable fundraising total.
The evening culminated with Sydney F., 17, from the Thunderbirds Branch being named the 2024 BGCS Youth of the Year, a testament to her exemplary leadership and dedication to making a positive difference in her community.

The record-breaking funds raised at the gala will enable BGCS to continue providing vital resources and opportunities for youth so that every child in the Greater Scottsdale area has access to life-changing programs and opportunities that help them thrive.
