The Executive Council Charities Teen Center at the Hartley & Ruth Barker Branch offers teen services to members in grades 7-12 (incoming 7th graders must be 12 years old). Programs are uniquely developed based on the needs and interests of the members that come through our doors. Field trips, events and programs are created to benefit teenage youth and help them grow socially and academically, while still keeping a focus on fun.

Hartley & Ruth Barker Branch 2024 Youth of the Year
Daniela has been a Club member for 9 years and attends the Hartley & Ruth Barker Branch Executive Council Charities Teen Center.
A sophomore at Arcadia High School, Daniela has a 4.0 GPA and serves as her Keystone Club’s Vice President.
