ARIZONA TAX CREDITS
Change a Child’s Future without it costing you a dime
Donors have until April 15, 2021 to make a contribution to a Qualifying Charitable Organization or Qualifying Foster Care Organization for it to count as a credit on their 2019 taxes. Donations received after April 15, 2021 may be applied to their 2020 taxes.
Taxpayers can receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on their Arizona state taxes, up to $400 for individuals and $800 for joint filers for the Qualifying Charitable Organizations Tax Credit and up to $500 for individuals or $1,000 for joint filers with the Qualifying Foster Care Organizations Tax Credit.
The Credits are independent of one another and the state of Arizona allows you to claim the full amount for both as separate credits. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale is not a tax advisor. As with any financial recommendation, contact a qualified tax professional for expert advice on your specific tax situation. QCO CODE 20091; QFCO CODE 10050
