Annay L. named 2019-2020 Scottsdale Charros Branch Youth of the Year
Annay is a senior at Arcadia High School. She has been a Club member for 12 years. Annay attributes programs like tutoring and America Reads for helping her excel in school. She plans to attend Scottsdale Community College after graduation and to eventually join the FBI.
